We believe we have the easiest, most reliable learning system available.  On rare occasions, however, you may encounter one of the following.  Don't worry, a solution is close at hand . . .

System Timer Knocks Me Off

State law requires our system to shut down if there is no detected activity like a mouse or movement with up and down arrows.  Your ISP (internet provider) may even shut you down sooner at busy times.

So, once you have a Section open, keep moving your mouse or click and highlight some words occasionally just to let the system and your internet provider know you are still actively working.

System Timer Knocks Me Off

Are you studying from your office or a library?   Some have highly restricted internet access which might limit the two-way communication needed to let our system know you are studying.  This would be a problem with ANY learning system where study times need to be recorded.
Try studying on a home or different computer.  Or, switch to a Firefox or Netscape Browser to access our system instead of Internet Explorer.  Most versions of Internet Explorer work perfectly fine with our system, but some have been set for extremely high security which can limit the two-way communication discussed earlier.

Recent Study Time Did Not Record

Did you wait at least one minute before clicking the blue Study Time Button?  You must spend at least one minute of study each study session for times to be recorded properly.
